By using or engaging in J&K Trash Removal Inc.'s services, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions listed below. As for all intents and purposes regarding financial and/or legal issues, the terms and conditions found here shall constitute a legally binding service agreement.
The customer agrees to provide suitable roadways or approaches to points of delivery when containers are to be delivered by trucks in places other than paved streets. J&K Trash Removal, Inc. reserves the right to refuse deliveries if conditions are not suitable. The customer acknowledges that J&K Shall not be held liable for any damage to pavement, lawns, sidewalks, or other property resulting from its trucks and/or containers when servicing in an agreed upon area. The customer agrees to provide all approved applications and consent forms from the municipality, county, or state authority having jurisdiction of the roadway where the container is to be delivered. J&K Reserves the right to charge the customer a maximum of $250.00 for failed delivery attempts.
J&K cannot guarantee same day pick up or delivery. If the container cannot be picked up or has to be reschedule due to scheduling conflicts, weather issues, and/or any other day to day conflicts, J&K is not responsible for overweight or overloaded dumpsters.
Customer is responsible for damage to trucks or equipment due to customer negligence. Normal wear on containers is expected. It is further agreed that if conditions are not corrected and damage is continued, J&K reserves the right to discontinue deliveries until the cause for damage has been eliminated. J&K reserves the right to back charge for damages.
In the case of default, the purchaser agrees to pay all collection agency cost, attorney's fees, and court cost in addition to all other sums due. J&K will pursue any criminal remedies against any person issued a check for COD delivery which is not honored or paid by the bank. In addition, J&K will charge $60.00 for administration compensation.
The rental terms for each dumpster is for a maximum of 14 days. The customer is responsible for contacting J&K when they are finished with the dumpster and must give at least 24 hours notice for removal. J&K reserves the right to charge $5.00 per day for any days over the 14 day maximum. J&K reserves the right to remove the container any time after the 14 day period without notice. The customer shall not load the container over the top rail. J&K is not responsible for any material loaded over the top rail. J&K reserves the right to a maximum charge of $250.00 for failed removal attempts.
When paying by credit card, the customer agrees to pay all charges and fees before delivery of container. Any overages will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of dumpster disposal. Any other charges or fines will be charged to credit card on file as well.
Dumpsters ordered and designated as "Clean Fill" may only contain rocks, dirt, concrete, asphalt, and stone. Anything else is considered contaminants, thus deeming the whole load "contaminated."" In such case, the load will have to be disposed of at a landfill and the customer will be charged up to $150.00 per ton in addition to the initial container fee. These charges will be applied to the credit card on file at the time of disposal.
The following items are not permitted to be placed in the dumpster: Hazardous materials, hot or burning ashes, liquids, wet concrete, tires, refrigerators, or air conditioners. Material in the load must be evenly distributed and is not to exceed the maximum loading level (top) of the container. J&K is not responsible for load adjustments. Failed removal charges will be assessed if these conditions are present.
By signing below, you, an authorized representative of the company and/or persons using J&K Trash Removal's services, are agreeing to all the terms and conditionslisted above as a legally binding service agreement.
